NOTICE OF TRASH PROBLEM
To all Owners & Residents,
There has been an increased amount of trash thrown about the lawns, roads and dumpster areas as of late which is unacceptable, and is against Ridgewood Country Estates bylaws.
The only items permitted to be left OUTSIDE (right along side) of the trash receptacles are bulk items. Trash bags left outside of the receptacle not only looks bad, but also attracts animals that will tear the trash apart and make a mess. You MAY dump loose trash, bottles, cans, water jugs, detergent bottles, flower planters, fast food bags, soda cups, coffee cups, water bottles, turkey carcasses, etc into the trash receptacles.
There have also been several occasions where ashtrays, automobile trash, and beer cans and bottles have been dumped on the ground in the parking areas. This is not only unacceptable, but also disrespectful to other homeowners and residents.
PLEASE NOTE: Disposing of ANY trash brought to Ridgewood Country Estates from outside of Ridgewood Country Estates is a violation that will be dealt with immediately. The sanitation service at Ridgewood Country Estates is for rubbish generated AT Ridgewood Country Estates by RESIDENTS of Ridgewood Country Estates ONLY!
We ask that you please follow these guidelines and be sure to inform and/or remind all tenants that may be unaware of these guidelines that continued disregard of these rules will result in community fines for the homeowner.
We do not want that, and we know that you do not want that, but we are being left with no alternative at this point. All previous notices have gone ignored. Please let's work together to keep Ridgewood Country Estates clean and enjoyable.
Residents must do their part to keep the community clean!
